SNOW and how!!!
Just back from the cottage and thought I'd share a quick post. This year was apparently a wee bit exceptional in the amount of snow that fell in the Laurentians...
After a night of worry, Bob went out and purchased a "Roof rake". For those of you whom don't know what this is, it is used to remove the snow from your roof. Kinda like a shovel/scraper on a really long pole.
Now for the best part, photos of Bob working! :D
For reference, these were taken the day before we got an additonal 8" of snow and Bob went out and cleared the roof off again, hence the snow outside our bedroom window was 1/3 of the way higher than shown!

Not all the way down at road level but you get the idea!
Front door snowed in and banks taller than the truck!
Bob clearing the deck off.
Deck is cleared!
A view up the side before Bob cleared snow off the roof.
Roof raking...
When we left you could only see out the top of those windows!
